Ruth Ann Steele, Administrative Assistant

Ruth Ann Steele has served as the pastor’s administrative assistant for three years.  She has used her organizational skills on the personnel and fellowship committees at Spicewood Baptist Church, in addition to working with the women’s ministry.

She grew up in a loving Christian home in the North Dallas area, attended Mary Hardin Baylor University, and has served in various administrative positions in the corporate world for over forty years.

She and her husband Jim Steele have been married for forty-four years and moved to Spicewood in 1994.  Their two sons, daughter-in-law, and three grandchildren live close by, bringing much joy to their lives.

Zephaniah 3:17 is a favorite verse of hers, and if you know Ruth Ann at all, you know that her strong trust in the LORD is a defining part of who she is.

She is passionate about women's bible studies and the impact they can have on a woman’s life, and it makes Ruth Ann happy to see women grow in their walk with the Lord through bible study.
